At Cuban Engineer, we seek a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will be proficient in ideation and skilled in designing logos, visual branding, and social media advertising. Experience creating illustrations, web prototyping, and mobile application design will be a plus.

We seek innovative designers who can bring fresh and professional ideas to our clients. Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, familiarity with Figma, and experience using online communication tools for collaboration with the team and clients is essential.

Responsabilidades

Develop comprehensive branding identities.
Design interactive prototypes as a UX/UI designer.
Create document templates.
Quickly adapt to new technologies and software tools that enhance the design process.
Stay informed about best practices in UX/UI design and key trends in the design field.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique characteristics.

Habilidades y Experiencia

Experience as a Graphic Designer and UX/UI Designer (must be reflected on your CV).
Proficiency in Adobe Suite at least Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD as prototyping tools, UX/UI Design, Vector Design, Illustration.
Knowledgeable in responsive Web Design, prototyping and wireframing.
Experience in developing logos and branding, including the creation of corporate identities.
English Proficiency B1 (link to EFSET)
Experience in dealing with customers, able to prepare a briefing to understand their needs.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. Able to perform multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.
Exceptional creativity and innovation to solve design problems.
Accuracy and attention to detail, with an eagerness to improve every project it deems necessary.
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
Experience in Web Development using Odoo and WordPress. Basic HTML/CSS.
Properly apply Cuban Engineer's Corporate Identity.
