In 2017 and 2020, our team successfully conducted different surveys among Cuban engineers on IT skills, which turned out to be valuable sources of information to match their professional experiences with our job offers. This has allowed us in the past to offer many attractive projects to the participants of these surveys, who are now part of our team.

Our market is advancing by leaps and bounds, and we are faced with the urgent need to update and refine past surveys to this new 2023 version, with a fresh proposal that includes best practices and new technologies that the market demands from us.

This 2023 skills survey is presented in 15 sections with different questions, most of them selection type questions to make it fast to answer and obtain quality data.
